The purpose of this international symposium is to discover and share the importance and perspective of the academic collaboration between the University in oil producing country and the Japanese University. Some ideas or suggestions will lead us to understand the meanings and significance of the collaboration. This symposium will also provide latest research activities in energy-related technologies of The Petroleum Institute and the University of Tokyo.
本シンポジウムの目的は、広く国内外の関係者を集め、両国の学術的国際的協調により期待される効果を発見・共有することである。日本における今後のエネルギー政策、学術研究発展、高等教育のあり方の視点から期待される効果や、人材育成や事業の国際展開の視点から期待される効果などを広く国内外で共有する機会としたい。また、産油国における研究・教育に関する取り組みについても、広く知っていただく機会とする。
